I’m Joy Ajibade — a woman whose life has been shaped by deep devotion to God, a love for people, and an unwavering commitment to legacy. For over 30 years, I’ve answered the call to teach God’s Word, disciple the next generation, and build faith-filled homes and churches. Alongside my husband, I’ve served across nations, mentoring, teaching, and leading people to live fully and faithfully. Today, I embrace a divine invitation: to merge my spiritual calling and professional experience to bless lives, shape institutions, and glorify God.

I am a prolific writer, author, and publisher; captivating audiences with insightful teachings and practical applications of biblical principles.

My unwavering dedication to social reform and development is expressed in charitable activities that redefine human dignity and bring succor to those in need through the ‘Joy Ajibade Foundation’.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, I find immense joy in my roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother, cherishing precious moments spent with my family. As a pastor’s wife, I am deeply passionate about supporting and empowering fellow pastors’ wives to thrive in their vital role within ministry.

Before the pulpit, there was the boardroom — and both still matter. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Directors (CIoD). With two Master’s degrees in Business and Entrepreneurship and an analytics diploma from Texas, I’ve served on boards, trained corporate teams, and advised on governance and sustainability. My expertise in finance, management, and structure has equipped me to bring order, clarity, and excellence to everything I touch — whether in ministry or the marketplace.

This is a new season of convergence — a season weof building bridges between faith and function. My heart burns to raise stewards who honour God in their time, resources, and decisions. Whether through mentorship, teaching, writing, or leadership development, my mission is clear: to raise a generation of faithful stewards, strategic thinkers, and Christlike leaders who will leave a legacy — not just of success, but of significance.
